½ cup water
1⁄3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons mesquite seasoning
2 garlic cloves, crushed
6 pork loins chops (¾ inch thick)
Directions
- Combine water, soy sauce, olive oil, seasoning, and garlic. Place chops in resealable plastic bag set in a shallow pan. Pour marinade over pork. Marinate at least 2 hours.
