This sparkling juice combines tropical fruit or mangoes with apricot nectar and bubbly grape juice for a light, fruity beverage. Serve in champagne flutes for an elegant, festive presentation, garnished with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen tropical mixed fruit or mangoes

¾ cup apricot nectar, chilled

2 bottles sparkling white grape juice, chilled

Directions

  1. Place fruit and apricot nectar in a blender container. Let stand for 5 minutes. Blend until smooth. Mixture will be thick.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of fruit mixture in each of eight champagne flutes. Slowly add sparkling grape juice; stir to combine. Garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
