Ingredients
1 cup frozen tropical mixed fruit or mangoes
¾ cup apricot nectar, chilled
2 bottles sparkling white grape juice, chilled
Directions
Place fruit and apricot nectar in a blender container. Let stand for 5 minutes. Blend until smooth. Mixture will be thick.
Place 2 tablespoons of fruit mixture in each of eight champagne flutes. Slowly add sparkling grape juice; stir to combine. Garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
