Fresh and colorful tropical salsa blending papaya or mango with pineapple, lime, and spices—perfect for pairing with grilled meats, seafood, or crispy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1 medium fresh papaya or mango, seeded, peeled and cut into ¼-inch cubes

½ cup pineapple chunks

⅓ cup fresh lime juice

¼ cup diced red bell pepper

¼ cup finely chopped red onions

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley

1½ tablespoons minced garlic (4 cloves)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
