Sweet, layered watermelon pops with creamy yogurt and vibrant kiwi-lime puree, frozen into fun, fruity slices—perfect for a cooling summer treat.

Ingredients
4 cups diced watermelon
1 tablespoon honey
6 tablespoons lime juice
1 container vanilla yogurt (5.3-ounce)
1 container kiwi-lime yogurt (5.3-ounce)
1 kiwi, peeled
Directions
- Combine watermelon, honey and lime juice in a food processor and process until smooth. Drain excess water, pour puree into molds and insert craft sticks. Freeze at least 2 hours.
- Divide vanilla yogurt among molds. Freeze at least 2 hours.
- Process kiwi with kiwi-lime yogurt in food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into molds and return to freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
Note: To remove finished pops from molds run warm water over outside of plastic molds.
