1 recipe Chocolate Ganache
Fresh berries and/or cut-up fruits, for serving
Fresh mint, for garnish
Directions
- Prepare Chocolate Ganache as directed. After stirring chocolate and cream until smooth, cover surface with plastic wrap; set aside to cool completely (do not refrigerate).
- Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture is light in color and fluffy.
- Serve with fresh berries and fruit. Garnish with mint, if desired.
