This whipped ganache fruit dip turns rich chocolate ganache into a light, fluffy dessert perfect for fresh berries or cut-up fruits. After preparing a smooth chocolate ganache, it’s whipped to airy perfection for a decadent, yet easy-to-serve dip. Garnish with fresh mint for a refreshing touch.

Ingredients

1 recipe Chocolate Ganache

Fresh berries and/or cut-up fruits, for serving

Fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare Chocolate Ganache as directed. After stirring chocolate and cream until smooth, cover surface with plastic wrap; set aside to cool completely (do not refrigerate).
  2. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture is light in color and fluffy.
  3. Serve with fresh berries and fruit. Garnish with mint, if desired.
