Ingredients
1 cup red seedless grapes
½ cup pomegranate seeds
2 cups orange wedges
2 cups green apples, cut into 2-inch pieces
¼ cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
½ cup pecans, chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together grapes, pomegranate seeds, orange wedges and green apples.
In a small bowl, stir together juice concentrate, honey and mint. Drizzle over fruit; toss gently to coat. Top fruit with pecans.
