Ingredients
1½ cups medium chunky salsa
1½ cups water
1 (6.8-ounce) package Spanish rice mix
1 tablespoon salted butter
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Directions
In a large saucepan combine ½ cups medium chunky salsa, water and 1 package Spanish rice mix.
Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon salted butter and fresh lime juice.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
