Mango Smoothie Bowl

A refreshing and creamy mango smoothie bowl, layered with yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries for a colorful, energizing breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

2 fresh ripe mangoes, pitted and peeled

20 ounces frozen mango chunks

2½ cups heavy whipping cream

1½ tablespoons honey

Vanilla Greek yogurt, for garnish

Ginger-Spiced Granola, for garnish

Blueberries and/or raspberries, for garnish

Directions

  1. Slice 1 mango and cube the remaining mango.
  2. In a large high-power blender or food processor combine fresh cubed mango, frozen mango chunks, whipping cream and honey. Cover and blend or process until smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture among 6 serving bowls. Garnish with yogurt, fresh mango slices, granola and berries. Serve immediately.
