Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette

This citrusy vinaigrette blends orange juice, white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and a hint of mustard for a fresh, flavorful dressing. Ideal for salads or as a finishing drizzle on roasted veggies.

Ingredients

1⁄3 cup orange juice

¼ cup white balsamic vinegar

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1½ teaspoons grated orange zest

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon dry mustard

Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together orange juice, white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, orange zest, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Cover and chill until serving time.
