Directions
- Prepare 1 recipe each of Farro Slaw with Peanut Dressing and Sweet Chili Shrimp Kabobs.
- For bowls, spoon ⅔ cup farro slaw into each of 3 serving bowls.
- Top each with 1 serving shrimp and assorted fresh vegetables, such as red radish halves, sliced fire-and-ice radishes, snow peas and/or mini cucumber slices. Garnish with microgreens and Italian parsley, if desired.
- Refrigerate remaining farro slaw for another use.
