This Asian Shrimp Salad combines crisp romaine, tender shrimp, and crunchy snow peas, all tossed in a savory sesame soy vinaigrette with hints of honey and spice. A fresh and satisfying salad full of bold, balanced flavors.

Ingredients

1 pound cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 10-ounce bag chopped romaine

4 green onions, thinly bias-sliced

1½ cups coarsely chopped snow peas

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Dash cayenne pepper

Dash garlic powder

Directions

  1. Toss together shrimp, chopped romaine, green onions and snow peas in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Drizzle salad with vinaigrette and gently toss just before serving.
