Ingredients

1 recipe Chili-Lime Chicken or Citrus-Jalapeño Steak

1 recipe Fajita Vegetables

1 recipe Easy Spanish Rice

10 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Desired toppers, such as pico de gallo, chopped romaine lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced avocado and/or rinsed and drained black beans.

Lime wedges, optional

Directions

  1. Prepare 1 recipe each of Chili-Lime Chicken or Citrus-Jalapeño Steak, Fajita Vegetables and Easy Spanish Rice.
  2. Wrap 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas each in damp paper towels. Microwave each on HIGH in 30-second intervals or until warmed.
  3. Divide Chili-Lime Chicken or Citrus-Jalapeño Steak among warm tortillas. Top with Fajita Vegetables and Easy Spanish Rice. Add desired toppers.
  4. Fold in tortilla sides, then roll tightly. Cut in half and serve with lime wedges.
