Ingredients
5 ounces (about 8 cups) spring salad mix
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup feta cheese crumbles
2 sliced green onions
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- In a large bowl toss together salad mix, mandarin oranges, feta cheese and green onions.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; brush with cooking oil. Grill chicken; cut into ½-inch slices.
- Just before serving, add Sweet & Savory Almonds to salad. Arrange salad on dinner plates; top with chicken. Serve with Creamy Orange Dressing.
