Ingredients
⅓ cup finely chopped fennel
⅓ cup prepared horseradish
¼ cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup whipping cream
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine fennel, horseradish, sour cream, garlic and salt. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
- Just before serving, place whipping cream in a chilled mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on high until soft peaks form. Gently fold horseradish mixture into cream. Serve immediately.
