
Peach Caprese Salad
Yellow peaches, a summertime favorite, are available late-April through October. Their sweet and tangy flavor is perfect paired with pork, grilled with a sprinkling of sugar, and served with ice cream or used in our delicious Peach Caprese Salad. For the salad, grilled peaches and cherry tomatoes are drizzled with honey-balsamic vinaigrette and topped with crunchy hazelnuts and oh-so-creamy Burrata, a fresh Italian cheese with a soft-to-liquid center served room temp that melts into creaminess over warm peaches.
